About Sarah

Hi, I'm Sarah and I live in Norfolk with my husband, our 2 children and our dog Bonnie. As a former Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates teacher, I have always been interested in the body and health and wellness in general. 

My search for a calmer, more harmonious way of living however, began when my youngest child was just 2 years old. I remember feeling completely overwhelmed managing my busy professional and family life. I felt agitated, angry and unsatisfied a lot of the time. I didn't understand why I felt so emotionally unbalanced and was desperate to find something to help, which is when I discovered Qigong and meditation. 

Through regular practice I can now honestly say I am a very different person to the one I was 6 years ago. I can recognise familiar, unhelpful emotional and behavioural patterns when they arise and have a completely different perspective on life. Rather than berating myself for my 'failures' I offer myself more compassion on a daily basis (still a working progress!) which the whole family benefit from (most days!)

My first hand experience of Qigong and meditation and the improvements I felt led me to learning more about the practices and eventually in undertaking further qualifications in order to be able to teach and share these wonderfully beneficial practices with others
