NEW!
C.A.L.M - Mixed Media Mindfulness
4 Week Art Course

Practicing mindfulness and creative self-expression go hand-in-hand. Art is a natural way to tap into a flow state, connect to our inner landscape and let our intuition guide us. The colours, textures, materials and methods draw us to our senses and help us immerse in the present moment.

Each week Sarah begins by guiding the group in a calming meditation to set the tone before supporting you to explore colour, texture and pattern through a range of mixed media painting techniques. This is a relaxed and non-judgemental session offering you the freedom for spontaneous creativity and self expression.
No previous art experience is necessary, just a willingness to be curious and experimental!

"I thoroughly enjoyed my six week beginner course with Sarah. I found her instructions very easy
to understand and she has a beautifully calming tone to ease you into each session.
Even in such a short time, I’ve found the meditation techniques she’s taught me of
